Biddie Buns started as a passion project built from perfectionism and the love of cinnamon rolls/buns.  The name Biddie Buns came from the start of this perfect recipe journey.  Me, my aunts and my mom started this project in my aunt's kitchen on a Saturday afternoon.  These women have always been the cooks in our family and my nickname for my aunts including my mom is the old biddies.  This passion project is named after them.  The strong matriarchal Sicilian women who lead our family with love, sass and a whole lot of personality.
